Thanks to everyone who bought a book for a friend or family member and gave generously to this important cause. Thank you to Jeanne Fitzmaurice and her fabulous team at Design-her Gals for their amazing cover design and support with our personal labor of love that did not require an epidural but several re-writes and sleepless nights.
A huge shout out to our amazing publisher - NK Publications - Nick Katsoris, without you this would never have become a reality - we are forever in your debt and will be happy to appear at a book signing in Topeka, Kansas if you hook us up with the Barnes and Noble out there! Just like your book Loukoumi...you helped us believe in ourselves and our dreams really did come true!
Last but never least, thank you to our parents and our wonderful husbands for always being supportive of us during this incredibly arduous journey. We love you all very much and couldn't have done this without you!
